PRODUCTION TIME: Current time is 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping time. Packages scheduled to ship on Sundays will ship the following Monday. We ship mostly via USPS Priority or First Class Mail shipping with tracking on all orders. For some special custom orders, during the busy season or bulk orders this time may be longer. If this is the case we will communicate this to you so you know.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship USPS Priority or First Class Mail to USA addresses. Shipping time is quoted from USPS at 3-7 days not guaranteed.

Please double check your address and contact information. If using a credit card Paypal will usually go by your billing. If you need it shipped elsewhere make sure you have put it on our website under shipping and we will see that information. If you need something rushed to you, please select the express mail based on number of product items. Please note however that USPS quotes 1 day but will not totally guarantee one day, usually 1-2 days as frustrating as that is, it is quicker then the other methods. So plan accordingly.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We do ask that you please respectfully contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order. If for some reason you are unhappy with a non custom/personalized purchase please contact us within 15  days and we will do our best to help you 100% to see what solution we can figure out (refund, exchange). Please know that we handle non error returns on a case by case basis, and do reserve the right to refuse refunds if the order was filled without errors, however, thankfully we have not run into this issue!

We handle any errors on our part, in one of two ways in our shop. We can issue a refund once the incorrect item has been mailed back, or we can exchange it for you. Please contact us with a picture of the mistake, and let us know which option you would like. We will then let you know if the refund / exchange is acceptable. We ask that you mail the item back with a tracking number and then follow your tracking number to ensure the item gets to us. Please return non customized items in their original condition / packaging. We cannot refund your return shipping charges

A good portion of our business are special custom or personalized creations. Due to the nature of personalized and custom orders these are considered final sale items and cannot be returned because they have been created personally for you. Therefore, please make sure you fill out your notes clearly in the “order notes box” at checkout or in the custom order form that you send us because that is how we create your orders. If you are unsure about something or have any questions or concerns regarding your custom order please contact us beforehand because we cannot be held accountable for an error you may make in the notes or information that you give us. ADDITIONAL POLICIES, JEWELRY CARE, STORAGE & TIPS

For all hand stamped creations and jewelry: Each individual letter is hand stamped separately with a hammer, then layered//oxidized/polished and finished. Because each letter is hand stamped they will not all look exactly the same or perfect. This is not to be looked at as an error but instead as adding beauty and charm to each creation. No two pieces are exactly alike, so you are truly getting an unique and one of a kind piece!

Please note while we do use a black polish and wax to darken the impression of our hand stamping, it can eventually wear off. To make the ink last as long as possible, be sure to take your jewelry off (especially rings and bracelets) while washing your hands. Also take all jewelry off when you shower, swim or put lotion/oils/perfumes on. Let the lotions/oils/perfumes sink into your skin and dry some before putting on your jewelry. We also recommend you store your special pieces in our environmentally-conscious and safe anti tarnish bags by Intercept

We are not an affiliate or anything we use them because I am sensitive to many chemicals, smells and we love that these particular anti-tarnish bags are env’t friendly, so for us this is very important! According to Intercept: Intercept Technology™ polymers are non-toxic, non-abrasive, and environmentally friendly. Intercept™ does not emit any chemicals or oils and will not leave deposits on the items it protects. Intercept Technology™ products will not harm any object it comes in contact with. Precious metals and gemstones as soft as opals, emeralds, and amber are safe when in contact with Intercept™. Intercept™ is the only anti-tarnish product to win the coveted German Environmental Award..

Free touch up Polish: We offer a free touch up ink and polishing to your hand stamped items that you have purchased from Sybella’s Blessing Shop. We do need you to pay shipping both ways with tracking to make sure it gets back and forth safely to us and you, but we will do the free touch up of ink, polish and getting it back to the post office on it’s way back to you looking good as new on our dime! Please feel free to contact us further for tips regarding ink if it begins to come off.

Jewelry Storage and Care also makes a big difference with adding longevity to your jewelry items. We strongly recommend that you store your jewelry items in our environmentally-conscious and safe anti tarnish bags by Intercept (including pearls and gemstones), which you can get here. If you don’t want to get our anti-tarnish bags, you may also put your jewelry in a plain Ziploc (not recommended for pearls or certain gemstones however) with our anti tarnish tabs here or at a minimum a closed Ziploc.

The polishing cloth combined with our Intercept anti-tarnish bags are by far the best way to keep your jewelry items looking shiny and new. For our aluminum, brass, copper, sterling, gold filled or silver filled items you may use our polishing cloth here freely. For the silver plated items we recommend that you lightly and gingerly polishing them only occasionally with our polishing cloth or s sunshine cloth only hen we really needed. Because plated jewelry is a thinner layer of silver you don’t want to over polish it or you can polish the silver off eventually.  Please be aware that jewelry or metal cleaners will eventually remove the black ink in lettering and have a lot of harsh chemicals in them that can cause damage so I would not recommend them.

Adjustable Aluminum Cuff Bracelet and Aluminum Cuff Ring

Aluminum is considered more hypoallergenic then sterling silver. It has the beauty of silver, with none of the fuss and a nicer price tag! Talk about a win-win!

Aluminum is a soft, lighter weight, malleable metal. That means it can be re shaped. So when you put on your cuff, slide the opening part of the bracelet over the side of your wrist (where the bony part is) and hook on. If you want it to fit more snug, gently close the ends of your bracelet evenly on both sides or move it up you arm a bit. When you take the cuff off, gently open the ends and unhook the cuff off of your wrist. If it’s bent because you took it off roughly or in a weird angle, don’t worry, just gently reshape it with your hands.

Our Aluminum rings are harder then the bracelets but still allow you to adjust them somewhat within the range of the size. The standard size we work the most with is USA size 6-8. Please feel free to contact us for a special order for a larger or smaller size.

Our Personalized Fishing Lures are great quality fishing lures that you can use to fish! The black ink will come off in the water so be aware of that but what has been stamped will remain.
